Refund Policy

At Lumora Aesthetics and Wellness, we uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and service. Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, all services rendered are final and non-refundable.

Prepaid treatments, treatment packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, unused services may be converted to in-house credit at the discretion of Lumora management. This credit may be applied toward other services or products within the practice and must be used within an applicable timeframe.

All injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, are non-refundable once administered. May vary from patient to patient, and no guarantees can be made regarding individual outcomes.

Retail products may be exchanged for in-store credit within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have concerns regarding your treatment, we ask that you notify our office within 7 days so we may evaluate and address your concerns appropriately. Follow-up appointments or adjustments may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

A deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations or no-shows within less than 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
